  • Have a 20-minute exercise break. Jam-packed schedules often mean putting exercise on the wayside. However, you only need at least 20 minutes of exercise to call it a day. Do some sprints, walk it out, or have crunches. To keep things interesting, try different workout routines every now and then.

  • Load up on protein and iron. Do you know that iron insufficiency leads to fatigue and depression? Build your energy for your day-to-day hustles by eating lean meats and oatmeal. This can also improve your muscle strength for your workout.

  • Binge-watch on fitness time. While watching a Game of Thrones episode, you can do stretches and bodyweight exercises. Who says you can’t do both?

  • Manage your stress. Juggling between deadline pressures, fuming boss, and continuous ring on the phone, your desk seems a pit hole of stress. But letting it overwhelm you can have negative effects on your health. Manage your stress with breathing exercises or doing a few quick stretches.
